Bonus Points
My students will receive 50 bonus points added to any assignment if they do any of the following assignments on their own.
1 Summarize a newspaper article.
Bring article and a 50 or more word summary.
2 Create a plot diagram with labels of a movie.
3 Identify figurative language in a song.
Bring song with language labels
Ex. Identify similes, metaphors, hyperboles, idioms, onomatopoeia, alliteration, consonance, assonance, etc.
