COVID-19+: MD Release for Athletic Participation.

All Mission CISD Student-Athlete's that test Covid-19 + MUST obtain an Physician's release prior to returning to physical activity in their athletic period, practice or competition.  The attending physician MUST use the Mission CISD GRTP Protocol form and check the appropriate box for level of participation allowed.  This form is not required for returning to school or the physical education program.  Please make sure that the student-athlete is in communication with their coach and athletic trainer during their activity hiatus.
